About the Role
Role Overview
Accountable for the provision of network and server support and problem escalation services for AGL’s Operational Networks and OT (Operational Technology) Infrastructure. This role is also responsible for the architecture and delivery of new technologies and processes within AGL’s Operational Networks. This position requires a full-time presence at Loy Yang Power Station.
What you’ll be doing
Server Management - support operating system and application configuration of Operational Network servers.
Network Systems Support - lead the continuous development initiative to drive improvements in network services and capabilities.
Operational Network Systems Security - participate in the development and delivery of initiatives to uplift cybersecurity across OT assets.
Change Management - manage the scheduling of systems outages to minimise business disruption in consultation with AGL IT and generation stakeholders.
