The role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with employment anticipated to commence the end of April 2024.

Role Summary:
The IT department provides support for all aspects of IT within CMC Markets, including application and operational support for the award winning web-based trading applications.
Our leading-edge technology and the way we work means we're growing and innovating more quickly than any of our competitors. And to keep growing, we need to add to the talent working across every area of the business.
The Technology Graduate will have exposure to aspects of IT support within the Company, and will also learn about the market in which CMC operates, and the products we offer. The candidate will have the opportunity to implement their current skill set as well as developing and enhancing their knowledge further.
Role and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and pick up new processes and technologies
Actively contribute to team discussions and identify potential solutions and improvements
Enhance technical skills and display an ability to gain a greater understanding of the team and their procedures
Engage with other support teams, development teams and the wider business to identify needs and help deliver appropriate solutions as required
Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets
Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are
consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
Read and comply with CMC policies and procedures as they relate to your employment
Complete all mandatory compliance training
