About the job Technology Project Manager - ContractOur client is seeking an experienced IT Technology Project Manager with experience in deploying/upgrading on-premise Microsoft Sharepoint to Online Sharepoint to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading the project from inception through to completion. This opportunity will be a 6+ month contract based in the Northwestern suburbs of Melbourne and further details can be found below.Please note, to apply applicants must have the following:

- At least Australian Permanent Residence working rights,
- At least 5+ year's relevant local working experience as a Technology Project Manager.
- Migration of On-Premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online,
- Transferring all documents from sites in On-Premise SharePoint 2013 Server to SharePoint Online,
- Migration Planning covering migration strategy, architectural and technical oversight,
- Migration of legacy workflows to Power Automate and re-creation of InfoPath forms in PowerApps.
- Project Management qualifications mandatory (Prince2, PMBOK, PMP, AIPM, CPPP)
- 5+ years experience of IT Project Management within complex organisations (Tier 1 or 2)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work with a varied number and type of stakeholders from across the business
- Experience in managing vendors as part of the projects delivery
- Experience in migrating from Sharepoint on premise to Sharepoint Online
- Potential to work on hardware replacement projects
- M365 experience will be highly regarded.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise work and run multiple projects simultaneously while working autonomously or collaboratively
- Leadership skills
