- Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate quality accredited ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations related to cloud and core infrastructure technologies, including governance, tagging, forecasting, rightsizing, budgeting, design, support, and associated costings.
- Formulate and direct ICT strategies, policies, and plans, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for vendor management and CRM for infrastructural deployment projects across the globe, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class services.
- Drive change initiatives within the organisation, overseeing the selection and installation of ICT resources and providing user training to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Oversee IT operations, including service level management, incident management, configuration management, and problem management, adhering to practices and standards.
- Manage resources effectively, including resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation, and task coordination, to meet project milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, track performance, devise measures for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance overall performance and achieve project goals.
- Design and implement strategies, budgets, and cost-effective IT solutions and projects to meet organisational requirements and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs), conducting regular service reviews with internal and external service providers to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
