Position: Telecommunication Leading Hand and Rigger
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $73,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Williamstown North VIC 3016
Our client Tricomms National is an established Telecommunications Company that has been involved in the Mobile Communications Industry for over 20 years. They are currently seeking three (3) experienced Telecommunications Leading Handsand Riggers to join their team.
You will have a strong commitment and understanding of OH&S and ensure compliance on site. Due to the nature of the work you must be able to work unsupervised and have excellent time management skills coupled with a desire to get the job done right the first time.
The successful candidate/s will have significant experience in previous roles as a Telecommunications Rigging, evidence of training and certification will be highly regarded. You must be willing to work flexible hours and be available to travel away as required.

Requirements:

• Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV in relevant field
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
• Minimum three (3) years of prior relevant experience
• Be highly self motivated and demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Experience in the full installation, upgrade and commissioning of Mobile wireless infrastructure with a sound understanding of microwave installations, RRU’s/antenna systems, trunk cables/fibre connections.
• Experience in installation/termination and testing of RF feeders and trunk cables.
• Experience in sweep and PIM testing.
• Experience in Green Field site builds.
• Experience working on Lattice Towers, Guyed Mast and Mono Poles.
• Demonstrate your ability to install and upgrade mobile infrastructure in line with the relevant installation techniques, methods and standards.
• You must be able to troubleshoot, fault find and diagnose technical issues on site and be familiar will all aspects of Handover Documentation
• Current / Open Drivers licence
• Current Riggers and industry tickets
• Working at heights tickets
• Tower rescue tickets
• EWP Ticket.
