Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise calendars and emails.
- Coordinate workflow management to assist in meeting branch objectives.
- Arrange and manage travel and accommodation as required.
- Reconcile and acquit credit card expenses.
- Provide administrative support to section managers.
- Screen incoming phone calls and handle enquiries where appropriate.
- Conduct research and prepare correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are filed correctly in line with records management standards and security requirements.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and support ad hoc duties such as arranging morning teas and lunches.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic document management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in a government setting is desirable but not essential.
