Our client is seeking a Property/Centre Manager to oversee a top Shopping Centre in Wheelers Hill.
We are seeking someone that has had exposure to shopping centre management, or with transferable experience in commercial or retail property/real estate! This is an incredible career opportunity to work with a Global Property Group at a major asset in Wheelers Hill, with incredible learning and development!
Hourly rate: Up to $75p/hr + Super

The Responsibilities
- Meet financial targets: Achieve budget goals.
- Provide prompt client service: Offer on-demand assistance.
- Follow leasing and legal rules: Understand and comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Leasing Executives: Work together for leasing opportunities.
- Build retailer relationships: Foster strong connections.
- Adapt tenant mix: Adjust for market changes.
- Ensure centres safety within budget: Oversee security within financial limits.
- Develop marketing strategy: Plan to attract customers.
- Manage daily operations effectively: Ensure smooth functioning.
- Ideally shopping centre experience however open to candidates with experience in commercial, or retail real-estate/property.
