Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover) ANZ – Tullamarine

We are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Administratorin our Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) office in Tullamarine for approximately 7 months
The Customer Service Administratorwill be the primary point of contact for Norbrook customers from the beginning to end of the order process and will support the Sales and Supply Chain function for Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being first point of contact for Norbrook – answering phones for all queries, maintaining and responding to enquiries inbox
- High level of Customer Service for Australia and New Zealand
- Inputting and reconciling orders into SAGE
- Timely communication of order ETA’s/issues/delays
- Daily dispatch reconciliation & invoicing out as per company policy
- Preparing and issuing weekly reports internally
- Handle customer queries - escalating where warranted, and taking corrective action (i.e. credits/re-charge invoice)
- Maintenance and implementation of relevant SOP’s
- Office administration and maintenance of amenities
- Other ad hoc duties as required such as stock reconciliations, projects, accounts assistance, data entry
This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager, ANZ.
Desired Skills and Experience
Norbrook are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, customer focused individual with at least 3 years previous relevant Customer Service experience. Knowledge of the veterinary industry would be advantageous but not required.
The position would be suited to a well organised person, who has a strong work ethic and enjoys working within a small team. To be considered for this vacancy, you must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to manage multiple priorities and strive to achieve above and beyond customer expectations.
Experience in the use of Microsoft software is required.
Working knowledge of SAGE Evolution would be favourable.
The successful candidate will be located at Norbrook’s Tullamarine office in Melbourne. Hours of work will reflect supporting a business with customers in New Zealand (i.e. 7 am – 3:00 pm AEST).
