As a Customer Service Center Officer, you are instrumental in strengthening the bond between the Council and its customers. Your role involves providing excellent service across multiple channels—phone, in-person, email, and online. Serving as the primary point of contact, you play a vital role in enhancing the Council's public image and optimizing the efficiency of the Customer Operations team.
This full-time temporary position offers an annual salary of $72,704, accompanied by an additional 11% superannuation. The role is expected to continue until February 2025.
You are based within our bright, modern and sustainable 311 Glenferrie Road office on the corner of High Street and Glenferrie Road in Malvern where boutique stores, cafes and health clubs are in abundance. From the office you can easily walk to Malvern Gardens, High Street Armadale or Glenferrie Road.
To thrive in this role, candidates should bring a wealth of experience in dynamic Customer Service, coupled with excellent communication and sharp cash-handling skills. Successful applicants will showcase proven expertise in time management and possess robust computer literacy to seamlessly fulfill key responsibilities in our fast-paced environment. The ability to manage a constant flow of inquiries and promptly address customer requests is crucial.
