Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Brookvale office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing office supplies, assisting in general property event related tasks and overall ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Assisting with event planning and marketing events including brochures, signs, invitations and collateral.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage and maintain online office files, records and contractor and supplier spreadsheet.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Liaise with external individuals/organisations for ongoing donations.
- Organise maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with office relocations and fitouts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with overall company projects.
- Undertake first day induction for new employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office administration role typically gained from 1 - 2 years full time experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive relationship skills working with many different internal and external clients, customers and employees
