This role will require someone who will be able to work from the 3rd to the 7th of June. The role will be based in their office in Mulgrave will free parking on site! - Warmly greeting guests and maintain office standards
- Efficiently handling and redirecting phone calls
- Managing and setting up meeting rooms
- Ensuring the upkeep and presentation of internal meeting spaces
- Coordinating catering requests in collaboration with suppliers and meeting hosts
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as needed
