We are seeking to appoint a casual Chief Exam Supervisor for our General Achievement Test (GAT) and End of Year Examination periods commencing in the 2025 school year. The successful applicant will commence this year and will be provided with training/handover throughout the 2024 exam periods with the current incumbent.
The Chief Exam Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments as required by the VCAA and the College.
Chief Supervisors must not be:
- Related to, or associated with, any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024/2025.
- Teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024/2025.
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2024/2025, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment* materials on behalf of a school in 2024/2025.
- Employed by the school in any capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or member of the administrative staff.
