We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic YEAR 4/5 teacher to join our collaborative and supportive team of middle years teachers.

What you will do:
? Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the unique needs and interests of your students using the Australian Curriculum
? Work as part of the YEAR 4/5 team
? Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being
? Maintain accurate student records and support individual learning plan
