With a property and development division they are currently expanding their commercial building arm here in Melbourne. Their capabilities span across a range of industries and their focus in Melbourne is on building projects ranging from $100 - 500m.

Your Requirements:
▪ Relevant tertiary qualifications; Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Economics
▪ Experience here in Melbourne on commercial building projects in excess of $50m
▪ Previous experience as a Project Engineer working in commercial construction
▪ Strong leadership, programming, financial management and communication skills
▪ Previous experience running structural packages would be highly beneficial
