Our Regional Freight group is currently seeking the services of a Terminal Tractor (Tug) Driver / Forklift Driver, to be located at our Hazelmere Depot. 

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, is reliable and has experience within the transport industry, particularly linehaul operations. 

We have a vacancy for this role on both our AM shift and PM shift. 

The position will consist of driving a Terminal Tractor/tug to set up and position semi trailers and larger trailer combinations ready for loading or collection.  Experience in hooking/unhooking, and reversing these trailer combinations is essential.

Other yard duties such a forklift driving and loading/unloading trucks will form part of your busy day.

Requirements: 

• Car License is essential.  
• Forklift licence is essential
• Proven experience in hooking/unhooking and manoeuvring trailer combinations utilising either a prime mover or yard tug/Terminal Tractor.
• Have knowledge of load configurations and weight requirements.
• Motivated with enthusiasm to contribute in a team environment

It is essential that you have either tug experience or prime mover & trailer experience.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), with an attractive hourly rate, overtime available, and a great team environment and the opportunity to advance.
