What you'll do:
- Expand Audience Engagement and Reach:
- Promote Job Opportunities: Craft compelling content to highlight job openings and attract potential candidates.
- Share Market Insights: Write engaging blog posts that offer industry insights, recruitment tips, and career advice.
- Enhance Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Gather Feedback: Collect and analyse feedback from clients and candidates through surveys and testimonials to improve our services.
- Regular Reporting: Provide detailed reports on audience engagement, content performance, and marketing metrics.
- Develop Launch Strategies:
- New Service Launch: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to introduce new service offering to the market.
- Personal Branding:
- Build Personal Brands: Assist key team members in establishing and maintaining strong personal brands through Social Media, thought leadership content, and public speaking opportunities.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content that enhances the personal branding of our consultants and positions them as industry experts.
- Proven experience in Marketing and Social Media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analysing data and providing actionable insights.
- Experience with content creation, including blogs, Social Media posts, and promotional materials.
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
