We are a well established FMCG business in impulse snacking and beverages and are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Rep, Retail Manager or entry level candidates looking to step into the FMCG space.

Your passion and natural drive combined with a resilient nature will see you take ownership of our customers across multiple channels covering a defined territory south of the river from Fremantle to Mandurah.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering on channel priorities
- Meeting profit targets
- Developing customer product mix
- Coverage of customers with the required frequency
- Negotiating and selling on shelf positioning and new product ranging
- Activating merchandising activities
- Activating promotional plans with customers
- Ensure compliance of all WHS procedures
Do you have what it takes?
As either an experienced Territory Manager or someone with a passion to start your sales career, you will bring the following:
- FMCG experience within a multi-channel environment - Route / Foodservice / Independent Grocery experience highly advantageous
- A business development mindset by growing both existing and new customer opportunities
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- High learning agility and being able to think quick on your feet
- Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail
- An organised approach to planning in advance
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
- You will be IT confident and either have experience in using CRM platforms or are willing to learn
- A valid Australian drivers’ licence
