Job description

What you will enjoy doing

  • Achieve individual sales and profit targets
  • Effectively apply and adhere to the sales process
  • Develop and maintain call plan
  •  Identify and maximise all sales opportunities
  •  Retain existing profitable business
  • Source and win new and competitor business opportunities
  •  Participate in sales planning activities for team
  • Identify and communicate regional growth opportunities
  • Adhere to best operating commercial practices
  • Action all sales leads

What makes you great

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Written & verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of modern business systems
  • SAP skills desirable
  • BOC product knowledge desirable
  • Year 12 or equivalent
  • IP - Welding or similar trade qualification desirable
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably within an industrial environment
  • Proven delivery of sales targets
