We are looking for a Territory Manager & Educator on a 12 Month Parental Leave contract for our NSW business covering Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney. This position plays an integral role in growing our business and raising brand awareness, using education to positively influence our customer. This position is 0.80 FTE, and set working days can be discussed.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager this role will allow you to develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotion. This role is well-suited to a highly motivated individual with an unmatched initiative, strong passion for education, who can work autonomously across their territory.
Key outcomes of the role include:
- Building and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key accounts to achieve growth and optimize promotional activities
- Planning, implementing and maintaining an effective call cycle for your designated territory
- Using data and insights to identify new accounts and potential for growth
- Presenting industry and brand information in both formal and informal forums (small and large audiences), to achieve education and sales targets
- Collaborating with cross-function teams to launch and distribute New Product Development
- Maintaining account database through Sales Force
As the successful candidate, you will have;
- 1-3+ years’ experience in commercial sales, preferably within the Pharmacy or Health Food environments
- Formal qualification in Health Science (Naturopathy / Nutrition / Pharmacy) highly regarded
- Background as a natural health practitioner
- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
