Territory Manager - Eyecare

About the Opportunity
Join a successful sales team with a strong history in the industry, that is evolving for growth within our wider business. We are seeking a Territory Manager that is wanting to be part of driving the future direction and success of Designs for Vision and Paragon Care.

Reporting into the National sales manager, you’ll promote and sell Design for Vision the Diagnostic product portfolio within your territory, ensuring new client development and existing client growth opportunities are explored, identified, and efficiently actioned in collaboration with relevant team members. 

This role is integral in driving our aspirations of being a leading distributor of Ophthalmic and Optometry devices and equipment.

• Developing new client relationships and expanding our existing client base.
• Own and manage the end-to-end management of sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals through to after sales care.
• Product and equipment training for eye care professionals and practise staff.

Who you are?
Your role isn’t just about sales, it's about building meaningful relationships, understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives. You will have the autonomy to craft bespoke solutions tailored to our customers.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager with a background in Ophthalmic / Optometry equipment will be highly regarded, with a track record of commercial success in a growth environment.
