- This NSW Territory Manager role will look after hospital customers in Sydney’s South West, with a Canberra trip 2 nights a month, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- With your manager, you will develop and implement sales plans to ensure marketing plans and strategic objectives are met.
- You will spend every day in field selling very well-known, reputable products to hospital customers in ED, ICU and anaesthetics. Most products are on contract.
- You will develop customer value-based proposals with your manager and the clinical educator and wider business team and work with the KAM team to align sales team on execution of pre and post tender activities.
- You will identify potential new KOLs/hospital accounts and related clinicians and prospects who make buying decisions and build relationships with them to grow market share and revenue targets.
- A related university qualification is desirable, in business, science, nursing or marketing.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a medical consumables/devices or pharma sales background, with the ability to develop robust relationships with hospitals and key accounts.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical clinical information.
- Confident user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid with full Australian working rights.
