Territory Manager / Sales Rep - Sydney Metro
Gulf Western Oils is a leading Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of lubricants to the Automotive, Commercial, Industrial and Workshop sector.
We are seeking an experienced, results driven Territory Manager / Sales Rep to join our NSW Sales team to service our existing client base as well as develop and drive growth throughout the Sydney Metro area. The role will be based out of our St Mary’s office and will include field-based work.
What you bring to the role
- Maintain and expand the customer base, whilst maximising sales volumes
- Minimum 3 plus years in a similar role
- Demonstrate genuine understanding of Customer Service
- Lubricants experience an advantage.
- Current driver’s license
- Identify new business opportunities to reach untapped markets and increase sales in the Sydney metro area.
Skill and Abilities
- Pro-active approach to the role.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly focused and results orientated.
- Intermediate level in the use of CRM, ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Sydney Metro area and to head office when required.
- A deep understanding of the Sydney Lubricants market is an advantage.
- Need to be a hands-on person willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet business expectations.
Gulf Western Oil’s client base and target market include Automotive, Commercial Contractors, Tier one Contractors, and Mechanical workshops. Mechanical aptitude and experience will be highly advantageous.
We are offering a Competitive Salary package including car allowance and commission structure.
