About the Role
- Manage and nurture relationships with key end users in VIC;
- Understand the push/pull nature of sales into distributors & end users;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth; and

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year' experience as an account manager or Territory Manager preferably within the VIC region;
- Strong understanding of the end user and distributor landscape;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to analyse market trends, identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions;
- Results oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targe;
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team; and
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS office suite.
