About the role:

Operating throughout the grain growing region of Western Australia, you will be responsible for delivering sales and developing relationships with current and prospective Seed Terminator customers and dealers.

You will seize opportunities to strengthen and broaden the industry's understanding of Mills and harvest weed seed control (HWSC) in farming systems.

This position requires a self-motivated and experienced individual with a passion for broad acre agriculture and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities are:

-Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our partners have the support and knowledge to succeed with our technology.
• Implement strategic sales plans to acquaint Dealers and Customers with our cutting-edge technology solutions in weed seed management control.
• Foster enduring partnerships with our community of farmers and dealers, ensuring they are supported throughout our collaboration.
• Engage with the agricultural community through educational field days, agronomy information sessions, and training programs, enhancing their understanding and utilisation of Seed Terminator technology.
• Play a pivotal role in expanding our network by identifying and nurturing partnerships while providing unparalleled support to our existing network of users and dealers.
• Be an active participant in the agricultural community, participating in field days, networking events, and customer training.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Passion for sustainable broad acre agriculture
• Customer focussed with the ability to develop new and existing relationships
• Business or Agriculture related degree highly valued
• Experience in combine harvester operation and/or maintenance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Current, valid Driver's licence
• Ability to travel locally, interstate and potentially internationally

This is a full time position. An attractive salary package including vehicle, laptop and phone will be offered to the successful candidate.
