The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will see you accountable for pharmacy sales growth, maximising margin, and achievement of budget within a defined geographical territory
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all budgets allocated within your geographical territory are achieved or exceeded
- Assess customers spend to identify any ‘leakage’ to competitors, review all reports pertaining to ‘leakage’ and implement an action plan to retain
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory daily by means of cold calling, utilising IMS data and solution selling skills to support sales growth
- Drive growth of the Sigma Independent program within your territory
- Develop and implement a plan to identity pharmacies at risk of resignation and create process to retain them
We are looking for:
- Experience in sales and account management in a Pharmacy environment
- Sales and business development within the consumer environment
- Experience in the preparation of management reports and analysis of financial reports and budgets
- Commercial and business acumen
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
