The business has ambitious growth plans, and are looking to add a dynamic Sales Manager to lead one of their two large Australian territories.
About the role
Leading Regional Managers and their teams across three Australian states, you will be charged with driving revenue and a high-performance culture within the defined territory. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan that grows sales volumes, and increases market share.
You will build exceptional internal relationships and have the ability to influence your team to deliver customer excellence within your territory.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team approximately 80 staff within your territory.
- Building a high-performance culture that drives success.
- Execute a strategic sales strategy.
- Manage budgets and forecasting.
- Tangible experience leading a large team within a large retailer.
- A demonstrated track record of sales success.
- Strong financial management.
- A high level of emotional intelligence to help you influence delivery and success.
