We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills who can service our Sydney Metro customer base:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives;
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities;
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers;
- Prepare and present sales reports to management;
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Attend all internal sales meetings.
Some regional travel will be required.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Has proven sales experience in the hardware/plumbing/industrial distributor industry or similar;
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs;
- Has experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable but not essential);
- Has a current drivers license;
- Comfortable with travelling throughout regional NSW.
