Role
Supporting their continued growth into 2024 and beyond, you will assume responsibility for your designated territory, spanning the Sutherland Shire area. After successfully completing a comprehensive induction and training program, as Territory Sales Rep, your focus will be to convert allocated leads in to hard dollar outcomes by visiting home owners to provide a measure and quote service.
Other responsibilities:
- Attend all prescheduled appointments and guide the customer through the selection process in a consultative manner
- Complete quotes efficiently, including amendments and value add where possible
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain a level of knowledge about products and service solutions
- Customer centric focus, to ensure customer needs are pre-empted and met
You must be comfortable with base salary of $60K-$65K and have the ability to double your salary with commission. Ideally you have expertise in selling consumer products and can complete an accurate measure and quote. You can quickly identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions, in a highly consultative manner.

- Previous measuring and quotation experience
- A good sense of humour
- Intermediate computer skills,
- Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Clean and current drivers license
- Clear Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
Remuneration for this role sits around $120K- $130K which consists of a base salary, super, and commission.
