Contract role for an experienced Test Analyst in this innovative organisation
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst for a 6-month contract with a potential for extension, to collaborate closely with our existing test lead on an exciting Finance project.This is a pivotal role which involves contributing to the migration of finance application.

Duties Will Include:
- A minimum 4 years’ experience as a manual tester on multi system, or multi-integration projects.
- Mix of experience in functional and technical (SIT) testing.
- Knowledge of Postman.
- Demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams to deliver the testing requirements of a piece of work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment, if required
- Flexibility to change between phases of testing as needed.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
- Ability to embrace change in response to new initiatives, strategic direction, or external requirements.
- Test in Agile and iterative waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Write Test Cases through effective consultation with Business representatives, DTS representatives, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Responsible for ensuring assigned testing of web and cloud-based applications are planned, developed, executed, and reported on in a thorough and timely manner, with any defects diagnosed, resolved, and verified.
- Co-ordinate with DevOps team when Load/performance testing is required.
- Ensure adequate defect tracking and reporting process, drive improvements as required.
- Input to professional advice and assistance to staff in testing applications.
- Knowledge of Postman for API testing is highly desirable.
- ERP Finance background would be advantageous.
- Undertake other duties as directed.
