We have an exciting opportunity in Service Delivery, Corporate Applications, ServiceNow and AWS Connect Platform Team for a Test Analyst.
Reporting into ServiceNow and AWS Connect Platform Automation Test Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for testing the ServiceNow and AWS Connect Platform changes being delivered for our customers. Working closely with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, and Scrum Masters within our platform teams to ensure all changes on the platform have been tested successfully, prior to deployment into Production.
What you will do
As an integral member of the ServiceNow and AWS Connect Platform Testing Team, you will:
- Liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Test Leads on upcoming work and work allocations
- Analyse business requirements to design and develop manual test cases within the ServiceNow Platform and provide input for automated test cases in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Prepare and execute testing activities for approved projects for ServiceNow and AWS Connect Platforms
- Support UAT testing with nominated UAT participants
- Capture test results and complete testing documentation for reporting within the ServiceNow Platform
- Provide updates and share knowledge

About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- Proven experience in preparing and executing testing activities across multiple products within ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Proven experience working in agile development environment

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course). A NSW Health agency may require further information about the medical contraindication (including but not limited to an Immunisation Medical Exemption form-IM011 form). Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
To be eligible for this role, you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
