Role Overview
Test Environment Manager will be responsible for driving business outcomes and coordinating across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams to deliver data requirements for the business. You will need recent hands-on knowledge and be very comfortable with leading, planning, and executing complex in-squad and cross-tribe initiatives in an agile environment. You need to be people focused and build and maintain relationships, deal with pressure and negotiate with ease with business stakeholders.
Test Environment Manager
- Manage bookings from squads to lock in environment usage schedules
- Ensure stability of environments, so they are ready for use when required
- Set up and maintain end to end testing environment connectivity
- Address and resolve technical issues to ensure environment stability
- Explore opportunities to automate processes used to manage environments
- Document and promote processes and procedures (eg, playbooks)
- Works with teams to meet their environment requirements
- Utilises tools and practices to build, verify and deploy solutions in the most efficient ways, enhancing tech division capabilities
