The role
- Test Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for AI and machine learning products, encompassing functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability. Coordinate and oversee the execution of tests across multiple projects and releases.
- Test Automation: Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency. Develop automated test suites for regression testing, integration testing, and load testing.
- Quality Assurance Standards: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables. Monitor adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Defect Management: Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, from identification and triage to resolution and verification. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address defects in a timely manner.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing activities and the quality of deliverables. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate test results, trends, and areas for improvement
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in test management or related roles, with a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with designing and developing End to End test automation frameworks and tools. Exunit tests, Playwright or API testing is highly desirable.
- Expertise in testing complex microservices based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with designing and developing Non functional tests ( Performance tests, Stress tests, load tests etc).
