You will have at least 3 years of experience in testing roles and in test management, demonstrated experience in taking responsibility and performing testing activities independently You have well developed testing skills and demonstrated experience in all aspects of the testing process including test planning, analysis, test case writing, test execution, defect management and reporting etc). You have great interpersonal skills and teamwork skills, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Agile experience, automation experience, performance testing experience, and management are all also highly advantageous and will attract a higher pay in our fast pace dynamic teams and projects.

Your new role
You will be required to:
- Analyse documented specifications, user stories and requirements to support the creation of test cases
- Write, review, and execute test cases.
- Effectively prioritise testing efforts, and test case execution.
- Report and track the resolution of defects/issues as they are found in testing.
- Work with the ability to be proactive, flexible, and agile, whilst managing changing goals and scope in a multidisciplinary team.
- Lead a small team of testers
