Theatre assistance

General Practice Procedure Room Assistant – Permanent part time 

We are looking for a theatre assistant who would like to join our team at YourGP@Crace.

We are specifically looking for someone to assist on Thursday and Fridays from 0800 – 1500 at our Crace practice.  

Other days may be available.

The role will involve, but not limited to: 

Assisting with setting up for procedures 

Providing assistance and during procedures  

Putting the patient at ease 

Cleaning up after each procedure 

Cleaning, packing and sterilising instruments.  

Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is: 

Enthusiastic 

Able to take instructions

Quick learner 

Attention to detail 

Enjoys working within a team 

Maintains confidentiality 

Please highlight in your cover letter any previous experience with infection control, sterilisation or working with a sterile field.
