The Opportunity As the Therapeutic Care Policy and Practice Leader, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the development and implementation of effective operation, quality assurance and quality improvement frameworks for professional therapeutic practice.

Providing advice to inform the development and interpretation of legislation and policy. Contributing to research and evaluation of Policy and planning frameworks. Monitoring, reporting, and making recommendations on the standard of practice within the directorate.

Contributing to professional and Practice development by engagement in a range of learning strategies including mentoring and coaching and policy development.
