Are you passionate about your community?About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Thrift Shop Manager for our Ulverstone Thrift Shop! You will lead the operations of the store ensuring quality customer service, cash handling and upkeep of the shop.Responsibilities includeCreate relaxed and engaging culture for the volunteer team, including organising provision of break room refreshments, celebrating staff birthdays etcWork with Corps Officer to seek additional ways to promote shop incomeEnsure stock is displayed in accordance with Thrift Shop guidelines and in-store signage is clear and professionalGreet all customers in a warm and inviting mannerAchieve at least 85% compliance on all safety audits, and take corrective action as necessaryThis is a permanent full-time position, based in Ulverstone, TAS.
