The department is looking to engage an enthusiastic ServiceNow Developer to join a multi-disciplinary delivery team. You will support and actively contribute to the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform. This role includes the design and implementation of both custom and out-of-the-box solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
- Proficient in developing and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in ServiceNow that meet business requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow solutions.
- Understand and apply ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in using ServiceNow modules - ITSM, ITOM and HR.
- Monitor system health and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft development practices, platforms, and technologies, including:
- Office 365 platforms
- SharePoint
- Azure DevOps
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate clearly between business areas and technical teams.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
