We're hiring two Time and Attendance Officers to join our vibrant team at Sydney Olympic Park! In these roles, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sites and staff by managing Time and Attendance queries and ensuring data accuracy across all systems. Collaborating closely with the Payroll and Time & Attendance teams, you'll be involved in the company-wide implementation of Time and Attendance processes. You will acquire hands-on experience managing substantial data volumes, overcoming intricate problem-solving challenges, and actively participating in process optimisation during this implementation phase.

The Opportunity:
- Manage and address queries from staff and sites regarding Time and Attendance.
- Work alongside Payroll and HR to maintain accurate organizational structure and employee data in workday and Dimensions.
- Analyze and provide solutions for identified issues, aiding stakeholders in problem resolution.
- Provide functional and technical support to stakeholders across the group.
- Track and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support site administrators and people leaders in upskilling to ensure accurate rosters.
- Assist sites in accessing reports and dashboards as needed.
- Update and maintain end-user processes and tools.
- Assist in testing payroll data and analysis for new site launches.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar Time and Attendance role.
- Demonstrated experience using UKG, Kronos / Workforce Dimensions is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong administrative and data entry abilities coupled with exceptional organisational skills.
