About the role
The Timetabling Coordinator at EDU is essential in creating and managing class schedules to maximize space usage across campuses. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure effective and efficient timetabling.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain academic and examination timetables
- Support Student Administration Manager with course creation in SIS
- Maximize room usage and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with academic and campus teams for course offerings
- Support enrolment processes and recruitment strategies
- Manage room allocations for ad hoc events and rentals
- Monitor and report on timetabling metrics
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Experience in timetabling/scheduling, preferably in education
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Higher Education Standards Framework, Standards for RTOs)
- Proficiency in timetabling applications and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
