AAT Kings is seeking to fill two important positions within our team in one of Australia's most culturally rich and traditional destinations: The Tiwi Islands. Due to the sensitive cultural context and historical significance surrounding gender roles in the community, we are specifically recruiting for one female and one male manager.
AAT Kings operates daily tours to these islands, and to ensure the smooth running of these tours, we require individuals who will be responsible for the care and hospitality of our visiting guests in this beautiful locale.
The successful applicants will reside on the island within the community, overseeing various responsibilities essential for the tours' success, including maintaining the grounds and facilitating the guests' experiences. An attractive annual salary, along with accommodation and a food allowance, will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Management Role 1 (Male)
Supervision of male staff.
Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Coordination of diesel fuel requirements.
Handling barge duties for freight collection.
Conducting staff training.
Managing guest arrivals and departures.
Coordinating tour logistics and activities.
Assisting Manager 2 as required.
Performing post-tour cleanup tasks.
General property and yard maintenance.
Liaising with various stakeholders.
Management Role 2 (Female)
Supervision of female staff.
Organisation of staff uniforms.
Laundering and pressing uniforms.
Preparation of breakfast for staff.
Managing food stock levels and catering.
Buffet lunch preparation and presentation.
Assisting with guest arrival and departure.
Dishwashing and cleanup duties.
Staff training and timesheet management.
Cabin allocation and preparation.
Liaising with various stakeholders.
Assisting Manager 1 as needed.
