Mirabelle Early Learning Centre is a local family ownership, beautiful like-minded parents, the most caring and qualified educators in the area, and of course, our curious & engaged children.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Room Leader in our Senior Toddler room.
We’ve been building on our visions for this dream centre for years now, and every detail has been mindfully curated to create a truly unique and inspiring place for everyone who spends time within our nurturing walls, including our staff family.
Our educators will serve as an integral part of the heart and soul of the centre-the backbone on which the children’s daily experience hinge. As we are striving to build a community with strong educators at the foundation, we take pride in employing only individuals who are connected to our philosophy and deeply empathetic toward children.
We follow the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, which places an emphasis on self-directed, experiential learning from the child, who is seen as curious and full of wonder. There is something magical about a space that’s safe for a child to truly express themselves and learn from their surroundings, and we expect that our educators can create and hold this space for our children. The passion for guiding the young and allowing them to explore their powerful potential cannot be taught or measured merely with a certificate, and is an essential part of what we’re seeking in our applicants. For the right applicants reading this, you have a deep knowledge and understanding of all of this already.
Our educators are highly motivated professionals who expect the best from their employer and work environment and are diligent in delivering the best care for our community of children. They are forward-thinking, pitch in as part of the overarching team, and hold themselves to not only our, but their own, highest standards every day at work.
Our educators always have a child’s and family’s best interest at heart and inherently strive to go the extra distance to ensure that the environment provided on a daily basis is filled with love, knowledge, care and compassion. Our educators are deeply connected to nature’s beauty and power and understand the importance of consciousness in guiding future generations to live as sustainably as possible in a modern world.
