We are pleased to invite applications for Tools equipment Administrators x2 to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities for the Tool Equipment Administrators will include, but not be limited to;
- Assist in managing the Tool Store.
- Support S&TE and GSE calibration, maintenance and servicing.
- Analyse and support the inventory databases for S&TE and GSE.
- Provide equipment status reports to EMEOPS as required.
- Undertake the ordering of common consumables such as gases,
- Petrol’s, oils and lubricants and PPE.
- Support and implement Supply Support activities.
- Support the Logistics team and the Program as directed/requested.
- Monitor and update LMA and/or Customer owned items using MILIS and/or other Inventory Management Systems.
- Undertake, track and report on the status of Purchase Requisitions for inventory required to support LMA Supply Support activities.
- Identify opportunities for in-country repair and/or production capability for LMA products.
- Assist to prepare, coordinate and undertake Asset and GFE audits.
- Maintain inventory controls and undertake stocktakes to ensure accuracy of equipment holdings
- Support continuous improvement activities and closure of NCs and other quality findings
- Assist with Supply Support performance reporting
- Use and update inventory databases for S&TE and GSE, including MILIS and the PC Apps suite
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Substantial experience in Defence or similar logistics including Inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, stock control and inventory management
- Substantial experience in proactive ownership and action of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates
- Strong MILIS Item Management experience - MILIS Warehouse Operator
- Forklift Licence
Experience and competencies - desirable
- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
- Strong warehousing or Stock Control Account Unit Clerk experience
- DG Pack and Accept qualification
- S4 Hana or similar SAP experience
- Strong AIMS (Repairable and/or Consumable) experience
- Strong Workbench or similar Procurement experience
- Strong MEX Inventory/Maintenance Management experience
