We are looking to appoint a Service Delivery Team Leader to support and mentor our South Metro Home and Community Carers.
We have a full-time opportunity available to manage our Southern team of Personal Carers and Domestic Cleaners and help recruit, induct and shadow-shift new employee's. You will be well supported in the role, by a progressive leadership team, where your long-term career ambitions will be nurtured.
Your territory will include areas such as -

- City of Kingston

- City of Monash

- City of Frankston
What We do in Homecare
Homecare is responsible to deliver high-quality services to older people who prefer to stay in their own private homes. The focus is to deliver services that effectively meet individual client's needs while promoting functional independence, wellness and lifestyles choices.
Must have qualifications -
• Certificate 4 in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
• Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management or equivalent or demonstrated experience
Must have skills and experience -
• Proven experience in leading, developing and supporting a healthcare workforce (within the Home Care sector preferably)
• Experience as a Team Leader and ability to manage a large scale field team
* Experience in coaching and performance management practises
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in recruitment, inducting and training of staff
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Exceptional time management skills
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Current Australian Drivers Licence (mandatory)
* Current flu vaccination and 3 covid doses
Desirable skills -
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
