We would love to hear from any trade qualified person, particularly in any type of manufacturing, cabinet making, or even sheet metal working industry. However, don’t let that discourage you! Here’s what we need from you:

• Plastic fabrication experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Be a cabinet maker or sheet metal worker (ideally plastic fabricators). 
• Hold a current trade certification. 
• Have a clean full C class drivers license.
• Looking for a tradesperson wanting to step up and rise to the challenge.
• Honest and trustworthy. *looking for someone with Tegridy.
• Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
• Fine attention to detial.

Your role will include:

• Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Leading the team to ensure all are adequately trained and prepared.
• Championing the workshop tooling and equipment to ensure they are well maintained, cleaned and serviced.
• Working together with the general manager to create efficient and effective workflows.
• Working with our team to produce our product to the highest possible standards.
• Workshopping ideas on where we can improve and be better.
