Tour Guide

The Tour Guide will deliver a range of tours and experiences to support and enhance visitor engagement at the Cascades Female Factory Historic site, providing a high level of customer service whilst undertaking retail duties to provide a positive visitor experience.Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service including retail services and duties
• Provide accurate, informative, and relevant interpretation of the history of the Cascades Female Factory through guided tours and talks
• Facilitate components of the Education program to primary and secondary students, and family audiences
• Provide relevant and accurate information to visitors regarding activities, features and facilities offered at the Port Arthur Historic Sites in a clear and courteous manner
• Actively participate in and contribute to PAHSMA's Work Health and Safety processes

Essential Requirements

• Working with Vulnerable People Check

Desirable Requirements

• Certificate in Tourism (Guiding)
• First Aid Certificate
• Current driver's licence
