The Opportunity
Reporting to both the Tours Manager and the Tours Supervisors, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic guides to deliver History Tours and Ghost Tours to the public, Education programs for school groups from kindergarten age through to tertiary students, in an outdoor learning environment. The role of Tour Guide is central to the team’s success in delivering an exceptional visitor experience and sharing the history of the site.

- Have the ability to be self-motivated, work independently and as a team player.
- Have a positive solution orientated attitude.
- Make every visitor feel welcome.
- Previous experience working with children or students (K - Tertiary), preferably in either education or other learning environment.
- A demonstrated passion for history and the ability to facilitate meaningful, engaging learning opportunities.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with visitors and other Q Station teams.
- Be energetic and comfortable working in a physical outdoor role.
- Current Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one before employment.
- Maintain a current driver's license.
