- Temporary Full-Time for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. Part-time applications will also be considered

The House and Procedure Unit
The House and Procedure business unit has three core functions including supporting the day-to-day operations of the sittings of the Legislative Assembly, providing advice on parliamentary law, procedure and practice to Members of the Legislative Assembly and other stakeholders, and providing support to Members of the Legislative Assembly, their staff, and visitors to Parliament House.
About the position
Parliamentary Officers, House and Procedure are the 'face' of the Legislative Assembly. They conduct public and school tours of the Parliament, assist the public visiting the Parliament and on sitting days assist Members of Parliament in the Chamber.
Duties include delivering presentations to tour groups and conducting role plays for primary and secondary school groups, providing support services in the Chamber and in the Table Office on sitting days, providing professional and engaging reception services, and assisting in the administration of the Legislative Assembly.
