About The Role:Ventia in partnership with our Anglo-American contract is expanding and we are now looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor to work at our Middlemount accommodation village, housing and various other off-site assets.You will work an 8 day on / 6 day off, drive in, drive out roster with meals and accommodation are also provided on a salary of $115, 000 plus super.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Tradespersons Workmanship is of a high standard in line with procedures
- Complete all related paperwork as necessary in a timely manner
- Ensure that all Ventia and client Group policies and contractual obligations are met
- Manage works in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule
- Provide feedback on Maintenance Plan as required
- Proactively supervise external subcontractors execution of works
- Coordinate on-call roster if required
What We're Looking For:- Trade qualifications or maintenance management experience essential
- Ability to engage, guide, mentor and manage a team of tradespersons
- Understanding of sound business principles and time management skills
- Ability to Multi-task and organise a diverse workforce / workload
- Driver's License
- Construction White Card
