Qualifications & experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current Drivers License
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Answering customer enquiries and service bookings
- Exceptional customer service skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meeting and Greeting Toyota Customers as they arrive with their vehicle to our service department
- Communication with the customer throughout the day with updates, approvals on additional works recommended and confirmation of handover time.
- Training both e-learning modules and factory training face to face sessions
- Processing invoices and payments
- Communicate with the workshop to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs
- Provide detailed service recommendations and quotes to customers
