Wideland Group is a privately-owned company with Dealerships across Southern Queensland and Central NSW and regions. We have a great opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team at our dealership in Toowoomba.
To be successful in this fulltime role you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our dealership customers in person and over the phone.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will manage our customer’s needs to ensure that their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Highly motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem solving skills;
- Proven experience in a similar role is desirable;
- Industry experience in any of the Truck, industrial, agricultural, or automotive industries would be of advantage;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer service, negotiation and sales skills;
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements;
- Computer literacy skills with experience in AUTO IT or a dealer management system is considered an advantage;
- Supportive and "can do" attitude.
The successful applicant will have the team, tools and the dealership providing a support network to assist within their role.
